01

Account and Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information, meet the age requirement and keep account credentials secure.

02

SMM Service Orders

Users must choose the correct service, link and quantity and review all live service instructions.

03

Payments and Refunds

Payment, account-credit, cancellation, partial and refund treatment depends on order status and applicable policy.

04

Third-Party Platforms

BulkFollow is independent from social networks and cannot control their rules, systems or future changes.

Please read these Terms carefully.

By visiting BulkFollow.net, creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, using an API connection or otherwise using the website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and BulkFollow concerning your access to and use of BulkFollow.net, the account dashboard, the public service catalog, payment features, support features, API functionality and any related service made available through the website.

Your use of BulkFollow also may be subject to additional terms, policies, notices or service-specific instructions displayed on the website, in your account, on the Add Funds page, in the API documentation or inside an individual service description. Those additional rules are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, add funds, access the API or place an order.

2. Important Definitions

“BulkFollow,” “we,” “us” or “our”

Refers to the operator of BulkFollow.net and the services made available through the website.

“User,” “you” or “your”

Refers to any visitor, registered account holder, customer, agency, reseller or API user.

“Service”

Refers to a social media marketing service listed in the live catalog, including its description, limits, rate and order requirements.

“Order”

Refers to a request submitted through the dashboard or API for a selected service, link and quantity.

“Account balance”

Refers to credit shown inside a BulkFollow account and available for eligible orders. It is not a bank account or stored-value wallet.

“Third-party platform”

Refers to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, Spotify, X, Discord and any other platform not owned or controlled by BulkFollow.

3. Account Eligibility

You may use BulkFollow only if you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. You must be at least eighteen years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using BulkFollow on behalf of a company, agency, reseller, client or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may not use BulkFollow if your account has previously been permanently suspended, unless BulkFollow gives written permission for a new account.

4. Accounts, Information and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information and to update it when necessary. BulkFollow may request reasonable verification where needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, resolve payment issues or comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your password and account credentials;
  • using a secure email address that you control;
  • reviewing account activity and order history;
  • restricting access to authorized staff or contractors;
  • promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access; and
  • all activity performed through your account or API key, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Never share account or social media passwords in an order.

Standard SMM panel orders generally require a public profile, post, video, channel, playlist, group or invitation link—not the password to a social media account.

BulkFollow may restrict multiple accounts created to evade a suspension, misuse promotions, avoid limits or conceal payment disputes.

5. BulkFollow SMM Panel Services

BulkFollow provides access to a catalog of social media marketing services. Categories may include followers, views, likes, reactions, comments, subscribers, members, plays, saves, shares, impressions, watch-time services and other engagement-related options.

Each service is separate. Service names, rates, minimums, maximums, average times, start conditions, speed, refill terms, country targeting, link requirements and availability may differ.

You must read the live service name and description before ordering. A blog post, old screenshot, previous order or reseller list does not override the current service description displayed by BulkFollow.

BulkFollow does not guarantee that every service will remain available, retain the same service ID or continue at the same rate.

6. Orders, Quantities and Link Submission

You are responsible for selecting the correct service, entering the correct public link and choosing a quantity within the displayed minimum and maximum.

You must verify the link before submitting. Depending on the selected service, the correct link may be a profile, post, Reel, Story, video, Short, channel, playlist, page, group, server invitation, track or other supported public URL.

You agree not to:

  • submit a private, deleted, restricted or inaccessible link unless the service expressly supports it;
  • change a username, link, privacy setting or content while an order is processing when that change may affect delivery;
  • place overlapping orders for the same link and service type unless the description permits it;
  • submit a quantity below the minimum or above the maximum;
  • use a service for a target you do not have authority to manage; or
  • submit duplicate orders in an attempt to obtain duplicate credits or refunds.

An order may begin automatically after submission. Once an order has started, it may not be possible to edit the link, quantity or service.

7. Start Time, Delivery and Order Status

Start time, speed and average time are estimates or historical references unless BulkFollow expressly states otherwise. They are not guaranteed completion deadlines.

Delivery may be affected by service demand, provider capacity, order quantity, queue length, third-party platform changes, link accessibility, account restrictions, maintenance, technical issues or events outside BulkFollow’s reasonable control.

Order Status General Meaning Important Note
Pending The order has been received and is waiting to begin or be processed. Cancellation may not always be available.
Processing / In Progress The service has started or is actively being processed. Do not change the target link or place an overlapping order.
Completed The system or provider has marked the requested process as complete. Completion does not guarantee permanent retention or a specific business result.
Partial Only part of the ordered quantity was delivered or accepted. An eligible undelivered amount may be returned to account balance.
Canceled The order was not completed and has been canceled. Eligible order value may be returned as account credit.
Refill A refill request is being reviewed or processed under the service’s refill conditions. Refill is available only where the service description includes it.

8. Refill, Cancellation and Partial Orders

Refill eligibility

A refill is available only when the individual service description expressly includes a refill period or refill condition. Refill requests may be denied where:

  • the service did not include refill protection;
  • the request is outside the stated refill period;
  • the original starting count cannot be verified;
  • the user placed overlapping orders from another source;
  • the target link, username or privacy setting changed;
  • the third-party platform removed, restricted or changed the target; or
  • the loss does not meet the service’s refill criteria.

Cancellation requests

A cancellation request is not guaranteed. Orders that have already started, entered a provider queue or been submitted to a third-party system may be non-cancelable.

Partial orders

If an order is marked partial, the undelivered portion may be returned to the BulkFollow account balance according to the order data and applicable service policy.

9. Service Rates, Currency and Catalog Changes

Service prices are shown in the currency selected or supported by the website. Many rates are displayed per one thousand units, but a service may use a different pricing basis. You are responsible for reviewing the calculated order charge before submission.

BulkFollow may change rates, discounts, service IDs, quantity limits, descriptions and availability at any time. A new rate applies to new orders submitted after the change. A completed earlier transaction does not create a right to the same rate for future orders.

Currency conversion, payment-gateway fees and network fees may cause the amount paid to differ from the account credit received where disclosed by the payment method.

10. Payments, Deposits and Account Balance

Payment methods, minimum deposits, fees, verification steps and processing times are displayed on the Add Funds page or by the relevant payment provider. You must follow the current payment instructions exactly.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You must not use stolen, unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained funds.

BulkFollow account balance:

  • may be used only for eligible BulkFollow services;
  • is not a bank deposit, savings product or investment;
  • does not earn interest;
  • may not be transferable between users unless BulkFollow permits it;
  • may be adjusted to correct duplicate credits, payment reversals, technical errors or fraudulent activity; and
  • may be subject to expiration or dormancy treatment only where separately disclosed and permitted by law.
Payment proof

Keep payment confirmation, transaction ID, sender details and the amount paid until the account balance has been credited and any payment issue is resolved.

11. Refunds, Account Credits and Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written policy, payments added to an account are generally intended for use as BulkFollow account balance.

Where an order is canceled or marked partial, an eligible amount may be returned to the account balance rather than the original payment method. The amount depends on the order status, delivered quantity and applicable service data.

A refund or credit may be refused where:

  • the service was delivered as ordered;
  • the user submitted an incorrect or inaccessible link;
  • the user changed the target while the order was processing;
  • the user placed overlapping orders that prevented accurate verification;
  • the request concerns a normal platform fluctuation outside a refill condition;
  • the account or payment is connected to fraud, abuse or unauthorized use; or
  • the request is prohibited by the payment method or applicable law.
Service results are not a withdrawal right.

A user’s change of mind, campaign cancellation or failure to achieve a desired commercial outcome does not automatically create a refund right after a digital service has started or been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, contact BulkFollow through the available support channel and provide the payment transaction details and account information needed to investigate.

An unauthorized, false, duplicate or abusive chargeback may result in account restriction, suspension, reversal of related account credit and recovery of reasonable costs, subject to applicable law.

BulkFollow may provide the payment provider with account, transaction, login, order and support records reasonably relevant to a payment dispute.

13. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activity

You may use BulkFollow only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, third parties, the website or connected systems.

You must not use BulkFollow to:

  • commit fraud, theft, payment abuse or unauthorized transactions;
  • harass, threaten, intimidate, defame or target a person without authority;
  • impersonate another person, business or public authority;
  • promote unlawful content, violent wrongdoing or prohibited exploitation;
  • interfere with an election, public process or official system unlawfully;
  • send malware, malicious code, automated attacks or unauthorized scraping requests;
  • test, scan or exploit website vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • circumvent limits, access controls, suspensions or security measures;
  • resell a service using materially false claims about quality, source, speed, refill or results;
  • submit personal information you are not authorized to process; or
  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
BulkFollow may act immediately against serious abuse.

Where necessary to protect users, payments, systems, third parties or legal interests, BulkFollow may restrict access, pause orders, preserve records or suspend an account while an issue is investigated.

14. SMM Reseller Panel and API Use

Agencies, resellers and API users are responsible for their own customers, storefronts, pricing, claims, taxes, support, privacy disclosures and compliance obligations.

API users must:

  • protect API keys and restrict access to authorized systems;
  • map the correct live service ID;
  • handle duplicate requests and network failures safely;
  • check order status rather than assuming success;
  • update services when a service is renamed, replaced or disabled;
  • avoid excessive requests that degrade the platform; and
  • not reverse engineer, bypass or misuse the API.

BulkFollow does not guarantee that an API endpoint, response field, service ID or catalog item will remain unchanged indefinitely. Reasonable changes may be made for security, maintenance, compatibility or business reasons.

A reseller must not represent that BulkFollow is the reseller’s employee, partner, franchisor or guarantor unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

15. Third-Party Social Media Platforms

BulkFollow is an independent service and is not owned, sponsored, endorsed or controlled by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Telegram, Spotify, X, Discord, Twitch, Pinterest, Snapchat or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.

Third-party platforms control their own systems, terms, algorithms, moderation, account restrictions, metric display, data and technical changes. BulkFollow cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, display, retain or continue to count a result.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules applicable to your account, content, campaign and jurisdiction. BulkFollow is not responsible for a third-party platform’s suspension, removal, restriction, metric adjustment or policy enforcement.

16. User Links, Instructions and Content

You retain your rights in links, content and information you submit. You grant BulkFollow a limited right to process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate the website, prevent fraud, resolve support issues and comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you have the authority to submit the target link and request the selected service. You must not submit confidential information, private login credentials or sensitive personal data that the service does not require.

17. BulkFollow Intellectual Property

The BulkFollow name, website design, original text, software, interface, graphics, branding, database arrangement and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the website for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of BulkFollow intellectual property.

You may not, without written permission:

  • copy or republish substantial parts of the website;
  • clone the interface, branding or proprietary content;
  • remove ownership notices;
  • sell access to the website itself;
  • reverse engineer protected software except where law expressly permits it; or
  • use BulkFollow branding in a way that suggests false affiliation.

18. Privacy, Records and Electronic Communications

BulkFollow may process account details, login information, transaction records, order data, support messages, API activity and technical information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.

By creating an account or using the website, you agree that operational notices may be delivered electronically, including through the website, dashboard, account notifications, email or another contact method you provide.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and reviewing important account notices.

Marketing communications, where used, should include the opt-out method required by applicable law.

19. Website Availability, Maintenance and Changes

BulkFollow may update, maintain, restrict, suspend or modify parts of the website, service catalog, payment system, API or dashboard. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, security, provider changes or technical reasons.

BulkFollow does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Where practical, BulkFollow may provide notice of significant planned changes, but urgent action may be taken without advance notice.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

BulkFollow may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe the user:

  • violated these Terms or an applicable policy;
  • used unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods;
  • created a security, legal or reputational risk;
  • misused services, promotions, referrals, API access or support;
  • attempted to evade a previous suspension;
  • submitted abusive, threatening or fraudulent communications; or
  • caused material harm to BulkFollow, another user or a third party.

BulkFollow may preserve necessary records after termination where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, security or legal compliance.

Treatment of any remaining account balance will depend on the reason for termination, payment status, unresolved disputes, applicable policy and mandatory law.

21. Service Disclaimers

BulkFollow does not guarantee:

  • a permanent or non-drop result unless a specific refill condition applies;
  • a specific start time or completion time;
  • social media monetization, verification, ranking, reach, sales, revenue or profit;
  • continued compatibility with a third-party platform;
  • that every service will be available in every location; or
  • that third-party platforms will not remove, recalculate or restrict metrics.

Content on the BulkFollow blog and FAQ is general information. It does not replace the current service description, legal advice, financial advice or platform-specific professional advice.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkFollow’s total aggregate liability for a claim relating to a specific paid order will not exceed the amount actually paid from the user’s BulkFollow balance for that affected order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. User Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BulkFollow and its operators, contractors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful use of BulkFollow;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your submitted links, content or instructions;
  • your reseller customers or business claims;
  • your violation of another person’s rights; or
  • fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive payment activity connected to your account.

24. Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

BulkFollow is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including third-party platform outages or policy changes, internet or hosting failures, payment-network disruption, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, labor disruption, provider failure or widespread infrastructure outages.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or other law in your location applies.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through BulkFollow support by providing the account username, relevant order or transaction ID and a clear description of the issue.

Subject to mandatory law, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of BulkFollow.

26. Changes to These Terms

BulkFollow may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, payment methods, legal requirements, security practices or business operations.

The updated version becomes effective on the date stated at the top of the page unless a later date is specified. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, BulkFollow may provide additional notice.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

27. General Legal Provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with incorporated policies, current service descriptions and applicable payment instructions, form the agreement concerning your use of BulkFollow.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign your account or rights under these Terms without written permission. BulkFollow may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, asset transfer or change of operator, subject to applicable law.

Headings

Section headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.

28. Contact, Questions and Support

Before contacting support about an order, have the following ready:

  • your BulkFollow username;
